Curt Andersson is a Senior Consultant of the Mitchell Madison Group. He spent 8 years as a consultant advising senior executives and over 20 years in operating roles with revenues up to $8 billion. He has experience leading large organizations, with full P&L responsibility within highly respected industrial companies such as General Electric, Cooper Industries and Goodyear.

Curt's leadership positions have included a full range of operational responsibility: research, product development, sales & marketing, manufacturing, finance, and acquisitions. He brings a unique combination of innovation, strategy, and execution to his clients, providing not just creative solutions but practical approaches to implementing change. For example, one leadership role resulted in revenues increasing by over 100% with improved operating margins and cash flow. In the process, he completed several global acquisitions and received patents for new product innovation. His recent consulting experience includes strategic sourcing, pricing, and marketing data analytics.

Prior to his work with the Mitchell Madison Group, Curt was President of Goodyear North America and President of Cooper Crouse-Hinds. He also had leadership roles at the Timken Company and General Electric.

Curt has an electrical engineering degree from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Curt and his family live in northeast Ohio where he and his wife spend the summers cycling. They also have noticed that the majority of their 19th century basement is filled with bicycles, realizing that the equation for the number of bikes one must own is defined by n + 1 (where n is the current quantity).
