Yohan Bräunling is the leader of Mitchell Madison Group (Schweiz) AG, a Mitchell Madison Group brand. Yohan has 20 years of experience in supporting financial services, manufacturing and services companies reduce their cost base through strategic sourcing, outsourcing and re-engineering.

Prior to joining Mitchell Madison Group, Yohan was Managing Director and Global Head of Sourcing Professional Services & HR at UBS. In transforming the previously unmanaged cost area, he re-structured and re-negotiated sensitive areas such legal, audit and executive search yielding significant and sustainable savings. He also designed and implemented new P2P processes, internal approvals process and MIS capabilities to manage demand and mitigate risks.

In 2002, Yohan set-up B&M Management which he grew to Switzerland’s leading financial services consulting boutique with 50 consulting staff and revenues of $20M. The firm advised Switzerland’s major banks and insurance companies in areas ranging from supply management, IT infrastructure to mid- and back-office operations. B&M was sold in 2007 to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Yohan joined as Partner and head of its Swiss financial services consulting practice.

Prior to these, Yohan was a consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group and Accenture as well as a part-time restaurateur. Over the years, Yohan has been a resident in several European countries and worked extensively on global engagements.

Yohan has M.Eng from St. John’s college, University of Oxford, in Engineering, Economics & Management.
